The Extension of the Business Incubator - South, Rough Superstructure

The topic of thic bachelor thesis is processing of a technological solution of the rough top construction of the Business Incubator in Brno. It is a new four-storey, non-cellular building for administrative and office activities. The subject of this thesis is processing of a technological regulation for the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. The next parts of the thesis, focused on the phase of the rough top construction, are: technical report, situation with wider relations of the transport routes, plan of the construction organization with the drawing of the building site facilities (equipment), itemized budget with the statement of acreages, schedule of work, inspection and test schedule, design of the mechanical (machine) assembly and the safety of work of the (solved) technological phase.

The aim of bacelor thesis was design and assessment choosed elements of reinforced concrete precast store hall. Computational software Dlubal RFEM 5.03 used to calculate internal forces. Calculation in acordance with applicable standards.
Preparation of the implementation of the construction of the Tescoma administrative building in Zlín

The aim of my diploma thesis is preparation for the construction of the Tescoma office building in Zlín. This thesis includes a technical report for the construction and technological project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages, a coordinating traffic situation and a plan of the main transport routes. The thesis is also focused on the time and financial plan of the object, detailed time schedule of the main object, itemized budget for selected construction processes, plan for securing machines and prefabricated elements. Other separate chapters contain technological regulations for micro piling and assembly of prefabricated elements with an inspection and test plan. There is proposed the main construction machines and mechanisms, engineering report and drawings of the site equipment within the realization of the main construction object. The thesis concludes with a noise study, a health and safety plan and the composition of the floor and the pitched roof.
The administrative-production hall in Litovel - assembly skeleton

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the assembly stage of the administrative-production hall in Litovel. Addressed property is divided into administrative and hall part, for which has been drawn up technical report, item budget including bill of quantities, technological standard, solution for construction organization including construction site equipment drawing, timetable processed by Contec program, machine assembly suggestion, control and test plan and work safety for the skeleton assembly.
Fire station

The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of new construction of fire station in Šumperk. The fire station is designed according to ČSN 73 5710 as a C type station that will be used by professional fire brigade of Olomouc district. The object is structurally divided into two parts - a masonry building, and a reinforced concrete frame. The administrative part of the building together with the base of the fire brigade, technical room, and a fire tower are designed as a masonry building made of Ytong cellular concrete units. One of the parts is designed as a two-level object, while the technical room and the fire tower are designed as a sigle-level object. The circumferential masonry is insulated by contact thermal insulation system. The floor construction is made of Spiroll prestressed floor slabs. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The garage is a single-level building with built-in structure of storerooms in part of the garage. The precast reinforced concrete frame is set on foundation pads and foundation sills. The horizontal and vertical supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete parts – columns, Spiroll floor slabs, floor girders, sway frames, purlins and small purlins. The whole object is covered by a warm flat roof. The external cladding consists of PUR isolating sanwich panels.
